Hired Lloyd Wolfe to sell 2 properties for us on contract. When the buyers defaulted we had a hard time getting him to protect our rights. One buyer was 3 months behind in payments and voluntarily moved after I made an agreement with them, no help from atty. Second buyer was 7 months behind in payments, Lloyd kept telling us according to IA law they had more rights than us because he made payments in the beginning and as a result had equity built up, meanwhile we had mortgage in our name, credit ruined, denied new home loan for husband and I because of this. We had to literally force Lloyd to do anything. He let us get kicked financially. Would recommend finding different atty. What work he did do was good, just trouble getting him to do it.
