Had a dui in 2005 that dragged out til 2006. Got out of military at that time and had to keep flying to va that cost alot. His fee was very high. And now 5 years later I have to go to VASAP. I remember him sayigng just dont come back to VA and you`ll be fine. Bull S*it. Now I gotta goto this vasap here in NY, ( The class i did take, vasap doesnt recognize) I would look ele where before going with Neskis. |

My wife and I had an odd DUI case and Mr. Neskis worked his magic to get my wife out of a false confession. Don't expect to hear from him to much before your court apperance, but remember he is a busy lawyer for a reason. I highly recommend him. |

George Neskis is not a typical lawyer in the Decker firm. Although the firm is one of the best, it has a tendency to be arrogant and flamboyant. George is all about business and truly has compassion for his clients. He loves meeting new people and taking care of people. He does his job almost to perfection. I would pay the money for him and the exceptioinal care he gives. He truly is a doctor of the law. |

Mr. Neskis represented in September of of 2008 on reckless driving in Norfolk. Long story short. Case was dismissed. Phew! As far as being arrogant. I never detected that. |

Second offense DUI. BAC reading came back twice as invalid. I was then charged with refusal. George got that thrown out with help of his forensics expert. Appealed the DUI conviction which without BAC evidence, George was able to get reduced to a wreckless driving only 1 month loss of license and 250 dollar fine |

George is extremely well connected, and he understands how the system works. I went to a "discount" lawyer, who suggested he could get me weekend jail. Then I went to see George who helped me clear up the entire matter with no convictions and no jail time for half the price of the discount guy. He's not a chatty guy- a little arrogant but that's because he knows how to handle your case better than you do! Use him. Follow his instructions completely and promptly. Dress appropriately for court (if you don't know how to dress then ask him.) Show up ON TIME to appointments and to court no matter what. |

George Neskis is a very good lawyer. I received three tickets for reckless driving, and two other minor tickets. Mr. Neskis saw that I did not want to face a jail sentence and he worked for me. He got everything dismissed with no fines or jail sentence. |
