This attorney was poor in responding to the client; did not return calls in a timely manner. The client was not counseled as to benefits/costs of services before they were performed thus adding possibly unecessary charges to the bill. The attorney was unwilling to discuss adjustments to the bill or a payment program and ultimately hired another firm to sue the client (who was willing to pay reasonable charges) resulting in additional fees to the client. The client received little benefit from this attorney's services.
