Attorney Marlette assisted our family with the estates or first our Father (which had dragged on for years with another attorney) then a few years later with our Mother's estate. Very professional and helpful. We would not hesitate to use Mr Marlette again in the future. |

the court appointed Mr marlette to represent my son in his divorce case he has as of yet to contact my son, my son is a disabled vet and lives out of state he is in a wheelchair, and can not talk or walk due to a brain injury, but he has an emaie address i provided to Mr marlette and he never has contacted my son the court has paid for services, the hearing is on the 22 of june 2012, my son is very concerned because he wants visitation rights he pays child support monthly to his estranged wife, i am calling the cpcs today to inform them of no contact from Mr. marlette, |

heaven help the family if this guy is appointed guardian of your loved one! incompetent, disinterested, unresponsive, unprofessional, and that includes his staff also. |
