I used Mr. Beno to handle my divorce many many years ago. I actually only stumbled on this sight by accident. I should have done this survey then. He was perhaps the worst attorney I have ever met. I needed a cheap and quick attorney and that is actually what I got. No frills and very little legal expertise. He was as the other surveys mentioned, extremely rude and easily irritated. The only savings grace is that it was over quickly and it didn't cost me much. He should do everyone a favor and stop practicing law. |

HE is very unprofessional and has no respect for his clients. I will never use him again. He's very rude and not worth the money.The next time i need an Attorney i will do my research! |

He gave me a copy of my divorce documents to look over. When I brought them back to his office to sign, he became annoyed to the point of being belligerent to me because he found some errors. Keep in mind that he typed the document, not me. He told me that if he found any more errors on the document he would charge me $50.00 per error. I felt this to be unethical. He was so unprofessional. Why would he charge me a fee for something he was hired to do?? He's cheap but I didn't know I had to act as his clerk. He is a one man show. Has no legal clerk or anyone to answer his phone. He is definitely not worth your money or your time. I have never been treated so horrible by anyone in my life. He doesn't communicate well and his patience is very low. He humilated me right in front of my soon to be ex-husband. This man is absolutely not worth the price. Remember, you get what you pay for. Take my word for it. |
