Mrs. Rose and her firm did a great job for me. I had totally lost my kids in a nasty divorce and had only 4 hours of supervised visitation a month, now I have joint custody after I hired Jennifer to do the appeal! :) She knows what she's doing, for sure. Very very happy with her services! |

I wish I had found Mrs. Rose from the start. Thankfully, I found her in time to rectify the damage done by the other attorney that I had hired. I cannot thank her enough. She is an awesome attorney and very knowledgeable about family law. I would recommend her to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time and needs a real attorney to aggressively fight for them. From the moment that I hired Mrs. Rose, I never once regretted that decision. If I need help in the future, I will definitely be calling her!!! Thanks so much for all that you did!! God Bless you! |

This website needs to do a better job of verifying the people who post reviews have even used the services of the person they are reviewing. How do I know? Because the disparaging remarks that were made below about her by a so called attorney friend was posted by my ex wife after HER attorney got his butt handed to him by Mrs. Rose in our divorce. She should be giving her attorney the bad rating, not trying to ruin my attorney's reputation to retaliate. She told me the other day when she picked up our kids for her visitation, she's obviously a sick person, hence the reason I divorced her. I thought I owed it to Mrs. Rose to take up for her in light of the fact that she got the totally bogus remarks on account of my crazy ex. Jennifer did an outstanding job for me and my child and came highly recommended. As to her education, why don't you ask the family law judges in Birmingham,they went to the same school as her. Sorry about that Mrs. Rose,You Rock and I'm passing the word! |

Awful. She told us her retainer would be more in order to file for modification of both support and visitation. 6 months later she had not even filed a single motion, but had somehow used up our entire retainer. I had another lawyer friend do some checking after nothing was getting done (unfortunately for us, my friend doesn't practice Family Law). He said the law school she went to is not even accredited, and that she is well know in the Birmingham law community for only knowing how to fill out standard forms. She has no legal knowledge beyond what anyone who has through a divorce and filed the forms themselves would have. Do not waste any time with her. |

Avoid her like the plague. She'll take advantage of people going through divorce who are emotionally weak to scam out of every penny. She stole from me about $4,000 and I have absolutely nothing to show for. Had I not fired her and cut my losses, I’d be broke. She is Unethical, Unknowledgeable and Unreliable. |
