Unmatched integrity, could not ask for a better trial attorney. From my experience, I believe ony people on the opposing side would be unhappy with his work. Charges significanty less than many in his field and delivers superior results. Recommended without hesitation. |

I received Mr.McGoldrick's name from a dear friend that he had represented in a personal injury case. He represented me in my divorce last year. Not only was he extremely detailed in his research, but very compassionate regarding my situation (I an at-home mom, with only a HS education, and spent the greater majority of the past 10 years, supporting my Ex's career development and raising our family). Not once during the 4 month process did he pressure me for money, and when it finally came to payment, he allowed me to work out a plan that enable me and my children to maintain our quality work. Atty. McGoldrick reperesented me in a divorce case. He was unreceptive to my and my children's needs and hurt us both emotionally and financially. Often he seemed to side with the abusive ex husband rather than us. He took his $$ after the sale of the house and left my children and I penniless. Although my ex makes 5X my salary and is helped by millionaire parents on top of that I was forced to sell the house to him and I recieved only 35% of the assets. That was not even enough to cover my debt from the divorce. After 22 years of marriage I recieved no alimony what so ever. Mr. McGoldrick did nothing at the seven day trial to even address the financial issues. My ex is so bad that I have full legal and physical custody of the children but am 50 years old and without a dime to buy a home or start my life over thanks to Mr. Mcgoldrick and his poor legal representation. Stay away from him if you can!!! |
