I paid Mr.Smith a total of $1218.50 and received nothing in return, he has been trying to drop my case for a long time and now, after 2 1/2 years he claims that I don't have a case and he wants to drop my case and keep my money. He is VERY DIFFICULT to talk with because he will not listen and he doesn't return his calls, refused to have in person meeting with me on several occasions, he took almost a year to file my lawsuit, I paid him $ 268.50 July 6 2011 to process my lawsuit and to pay to have it served ( the Gwinnett County Sheriff's office actually served the lawsuit)but he didn't file my lawsuit until January 10 2012. He also promises me things that never happen. This is a lousy lawyer. |

Jason has a good initial presentation. His retainer fees are some of the lowest around. However, you get what you pay for. He moved frequntly and was VERY difficult to get a hold of. WE got another attorney and lost our money with Jason. We would rather pay more than deal with bad service. AT $200/hr you shouldn't have to chase anyone down to get information on your case. |

Promised a lot delivered very little. Most likely could have came up with the same results in the same time frame if I did the work myself and saved $1500.00 |
