This TEAM Paul & Alyse are amazing to see in action. They are committed to a positive resolve. Most impressive are the experts they have set up in their firm. I know in my heart without them my son would have spent the rest of his life in prison on false allegations. Our lives are back to normal & we owe it all tho Paul & Alyse! |

I completely agree with your post.Paul self promotes himself on his website as an attorney who is against CPS and here to help us who have been falsely accused which is contrary to the truth! I felt deflated the day I paid him a 7500 retainer. I left his office feeling hopeless not hopeful and empowered. He, his partner, and even their secretary lied to me on several occasions. They kept resetting the 14 day hearing pretending to be expecting the expert witness which was all just a lie. They didn't care my baby was in foster care. They said my baby could not be place with my husband because he lived outside Dallas jurisdiction which again was lie. My husband's public defender made the motion to get our baby placed with him thank GOD! All I can say about Stuckle and Ferguson in a nutshell is this: "With defense attorneys like them who needs prosecution????" They completely misrepresented me. Paul was very up front regarding the challenges of defending false allegations. My wife and I met with Paul and found him to have the passion we were looking for in counsel. He educated us very well and provided a calm in the middle of the storm. We felt Paul's background enabled him to be very effective. His staff was always a pleasure to work with and shared the same passion. |

Contrary to the negative posts here, I saw nothing of this sort the six months dealing with the firm. Sorry to say I originally went with another firm but because of their lack of communication, and the firm belief "we are going to trial" attitude, I made the switch to Paul Stuckle to end this sooner than later. I will never forget what Paul and his staff has done for my family. Being charged with a false accusation was very cruel to Me, my wife, and especially my teenage son. Paul’s professionalism and expertise shined through on my very difficult journey, with very calculated decisions, and no sugar coating philosophy. I cannot thank them enough, as I could not place a value on my freedom. If you want the best in this field, they should be your only choice! P.D. |

Paul was an excellent attorney, and handled the beginnings of my case very well. He later had another attorney at the firm handle the details - mostly with the ADA & the court. The ONLY complaint I have is that I had a contract with Paul to pay the fees within 90 days of his retainer. I was well within those 90 days when he requested I pay him early. I didn't have the money at the time, and advised him I would have him paid in full by the agreed-upon date. He advised me that his office does not normally make arrangements like this, and replied with an abrasive e-mail. This is THE ONLY complaint I would have, and I take into consideration that this wouldn't be his normal practice, which is why I still rate him highly. Otherwise, Paul was a pleasure to work with, as was Alyse - the other attorney that handled my case. I will be certain to refer ANYONE to call them if you are dealing with a false allegation. |

Paul is a fantastic attorney!Anyone that believes otherwise is either a lyer or needs their head examined.I watched him defend a very good friend and coworker and he did an incredible job of completely "destroying" the prosecution.Prosecuters beware!!He really knows how to "squeeze" out the truth.I was amazed and would most definitely call on this man if I ever found myself needing an excellent attorney. |

It was a blessing to have a competent attorney and very capable assistants to handle our grandson's case. He was most helpful, understanding, caring and very informative to us all during the trial. We shall forever be grateful for the services rendered and highly recommend him to anyone who needs criminal defense in aiding to prove false accusation on a client. Thank you Paul and staff. |

I was falsely accused of ****ing my child. I found Paul and Alyse and they took my case and a year and half later I was found not guilty! They are the best. I would have never been able to beat the state without their help, knowledge and passion to help fathers like me. My family was able to meet them during trial and they are amazed at how intelligent and professional they are. I thank Paul for his belief in me as a father, and a man. For all of you who are talking negative about him, I advise you to examine your self and take ownership in your actions and responsibilities. I was held without seing my daughter for 2 1/2 years and the weekend after I was found not guilty, I got to see my daughter. Thanks Paul and Alyse. Paul was nothing but professional the whole time he represented me. Him and his assistant at the time, but now partner Alyse kept me in the loop at every stage of the process. Ultimately Paul they gained me an acquittal through their relentless efforts in my defense. I always felt like Paul and Alyse believed me, and fought hard for me. Paul has never demonstrated anything but compassion, professionalism and strength while representing me. I cannot convey my belief in him enough. we were greatful to find out about Paul on the internet. The attorney we had hired first told us there was nothing that could be done until I was indicted. Paul fought my indictment and my case was no-billed. Fighting at trial is a more difficult battle in these cases even if you are innocent. |

Paul handled our case after I got rid of a high dollar attorney that did not care about the truth. Paul cares about the truth and will fight for you. I had no visitation of our children for a year. The high dollar attorney I had said you will never get visitation of your children because of your charges. Paul made it happen! Within a couple of weeks! Paul Stuckle is a great attorney looking out for best interests. The CPS system is totally flawed! Its all about Money- Sad about the kids |

Every word in Paul's articles held true. I wish I had never talked to CPS. Thankfully Paul was able to quickly direct us and develop a strategy to prevent removal of our children and get CPS out of our lives. |

After paying him over 6 Grand, he made demands that were literally impossible to complete and had us jumping through more hoops than CPS! (Didn't know that was possible!) We would have been better off pro se or using a Public Defender. Our family was crucified by his lack of representation and lack of presence in court. It is laughable to think that caseworkers would bother writing anything about him; we are real people, without our family. Maybe he has knowledge but he did not use it. Communication is nil; Tenacity.. sorta' hard to do by phone; Quality - would not know because I still cannot get records from his office. As for Value, we are broke, lost our children, did everything the CasePlan said to do but the court papers stated we did nothing and he didn't bother to correct it. Since he can pick and choose his cases, he should let people know up front that he will not speak to them once they have paid and quite likely will not show up for court or PPT's, except by phone! |

Absolutely amazing in court, his presence and skills simply overwhelm the prosecution. I saw him make a caseworker cry through relentless yet respectful interrogation. Only downside is it takes awhile to get return phone calls. His staff claim its because he is working on getting trials ready. From what I saw, I believe it. |

I still do not know what he did with over $8,000.00 I paid him. He has some rude woman working for him and evidently she makes decisions FOR him about his clients. She refuses to send me an accounting and I did NOT pay him to show up for court BY PHONE! It appears the only +++++ feedback comes from his online Yahoo Group Pres! Buyer, BE AWARE! |

I know that if it wasn't for him my kids would be in foster care. I'm glad I hired him when CPS was investigating us on a spite report. All the other attorneys said you can't fight CPS or just cooperate. or they said you can't fight them until they file a petition... I'm so glad we hired him. I have become pretty active since with parents who have had or have CPS cases. I find his staff to be very knowledgable. Gail B. has put a lot into the fight with CPS, going to Austin working on SB6 (I was one of the parents that went along), standing up for parents who are too afraid to assert thier rights, preventing removals and getting kids back. I know everyone i've reffered has either prevented the removal of their kids or got them back quickly. ( |
