Avoid! Avoid! He will take your money and then you will never hear from him again! I paid him to defend me against a lawsuit. He never bothered to show up in court.
This attorney never returns phone calls. It took a week at times to get in contact with him. His office staff cannot answer questions pertaining to the case. Once he took our money and cashed the check it seems if we had to keep chasing him to follow up on every matter. Terrible!!!
This attorney is awful!! Never returns phone calls--office staff is very short/vague and has no knowledge of the bankruptcy process. We filed two years ago and our case is still hanging--have called this attorney at least a dozen times with no return phone calls. Got his money & ran!!! You should run too!!
