This attorney is one of the best I have ever had the chance to meet. He does answer our calls. He knows law and is chosen many times (appointed by a judge) to handle special matters because he knows how to write a brief.Defending a criminal is one of the hardest jobs and we forget they are innocent until proven guilty.He is helping my family with a non-criminal matter and I respect him. Allensworth is a moral family man who is not a drinker. |

Was hired to handle a simple family matter. Paid him the requested fee. Lied and said he had filed paperwork with court. I contacted clerks office to verify filing date and nothing had been filed. Only after threatening to terminate relationship and requesting money back did he file documents. Will not return phone calls. Answering machine always answers his phones. The document that he filed contained incorrect information. Filed with CAAP and now am going forward with a Formal Grievance. I do not recommend this attorney. |

Only after the money. He will lie to clients and not even file the paperwork. His work ethics are deplurable and treats his office as a sleezy pick up bar.DO NOT USE HIM AS YOUR LAWYER! |
