Hired this law firm for a custody/divorce case and was absolutely disappointed. Invoices show that we were over charged for services we never received such as letters supposedly drafted and unnecessary "revisions" of several documents. Also charged for "courtesy filing" of the opposing party documents and conferences with opposing party. Would not recommend to anyone. Filing complaint with the AACAP/FL Bar. Absolutely drained my savings and maxed out credit cards for nothing. 15k.

He got me for 10k. I wish I had read the reviews on here first. Luckily I didn't pay him any more money after I realized just exactly he was conning people. He gets you in with the big retainer then strings you along all the while billing you. The reviews are 100% true people. This is a con. Jeff Feulner, aka Men's divorce law first and Jean Moses are all in on it. Jeff was recently charged with domestic abuse as well. I guess what goes around comes around. Enjoy the 10k you dirty slime balls. I hope you are disbarred and Jean Moses, hopefully you are never allowed to practice law.

They took care of my case, but it was an uphill battle. It was very expensive. And I felt everything was centered about the bill. At the end I am happy with the outcome, but TOO much money. Attorney Feulner needs to work on his personability with his clients.

Over charged , I was taken advantage of during a difficult time. Milked me dry and dumped me like a sack of potatoes when the cash flow wasn't their and would not work me for any type of payment plan. Dragged their feet and did not work with me resolving issues in a timely manner, communication was only self serving to bring in more money. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy , I couldn't be they nasty ! I could write a book after this experience and be a best seller on rip-off ... Rip off ... Rip off !! Beware and do your home work !!

Attorney Feulner and Mens Divorce Law Firm helped me in a very dark time in my life. They are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend.

I retained Mens Divorce Law firm after me and my ex husband decided to call it quits. I found it very difficult to communicate with them. Calls were ignored for days at a time. The minute a bill was do they were sure to call me right away. I have little trust for Jeff Feulner or this firm after my experience with them. I found this page a little too late, or maybe just in time by the looks at some of these other reviews.

Instead of working for his clients, he is busy making everything about his own failed marriage! I think he almost started to cry about his own marriage in the middle of mediation! I am amazed at his lack of ability!

After 6 months of nothing, I fired him. Best thing I ever did. He never did anything except send me bills. My new lawyer got everything done in the next 6 months and he had to start from scratch. Don't waste your time.

Jeff and his team at Men's Divorce Law Firm are very professional and knowledgeable in area of child custody. In my dealings with him and his staff, they were honest, responsive, and kept me informed throughout my case. I highly recommend them.

I had set up an initial consultation with Jeffrey Feulner. He gave me his sales pitch and then told me that the retainer was $15,000. I paid the fee hesitantly. Within 2 months my retainer was gone! Then I started receiving bills for more fees. I told Jeffrey Feulner that I refused to keep paying until I saw proof of what I was paying for. He then nonchalantly told me that "if I were not happy he would withdrawal from my case". I asked him what I was suppose to be "happy" about. They hadn't done anything for me yet. No trial, not motions, nothing. His response to this was "when your money run out, we request more, as is outlined in our contract. If you can't pay we withdraw from your case." I believe they charge you an exorbitant fee to get started then charge you repeatedly until you can't pay or refuse to in my case, then they simply withdraw from your case. I could be wrong however.

I do not agree with the majority of posters. I find the Men's Divorce Law Firm and legal staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He helped me get my kids back and out of a bad situation. I do blame the court system for many of the delays and I definitely blame my ex in fighting everything we threw at her. Some women are just very vengeful and she racked up the majority of my lawyer fees because she was not complying, stalling and filing lies. I am thankful for the Men's Divorce Law Firm because even though she relocated out of state with my children without the court's permission, Jeff was able to bring them back even a year after the move. I think it took a bit because of the court system but he got the job done. The staff he has does change from time to time but they were all equally helpful and empathetic to my situation. They were always there, weekends-9pm, etc. I recommend him to anyone who needs a pit bull to stand up for what's right. Honestly.

I was scammed by Jeffrey Feulner as well. I don't know if I would release my name per say. Someone needs to retain a lawyer and have the lawyer receive contacts from anyone ripped off by this firm, maybe even subpoena information on any cases Jeffrey Feulner may have withdrawn from. The individuals could then be contacted. Releasing your name publicly for these fools to sue you would be a mistake. They think the law will protect their scam but I feel that the law may be their undoing in the end. Contact a lawyer if you have been ripped off by these people. You have a case and some lawyers may take it on without any upfront charge. Make sure you save any communication you may have had with Men's Divorce Law Firm. I have hundreds of email I will use as evidence. Also you can report this type of thing to the Florida bar. Go to floridabar.org for resources.

It is sad to say that I have heard so many poor things about this attorney that I once thought was a reputable man. He closed his office in ocala without warning to his clients and then began billing out the nose for emails, calls, notices, whatever he could to use up the money and then file a motion to withdraw. You can check with marion county courthouse in ocala florida and find out how many cases he has withdrawn from in ocala. if you don't want him to withdraw, you have to come up with an additional 1500 dollas the day before a hearing or mediation. i am disgusted and have met at least three people with the same complaint. I say we all release our name and fil a class action against this firm. all we have to do is look up who he has withdrawn from since June and work together. I bet we have all had the same thing happen to us.

Al I have to say is wow, how do people like this stay in business. Someone needs to teach Jeff Feaulner ethics. I wish I would have read this review before I hired Jeff Feulner. They got me for 15k. I paid them this huge retainer fee and 3 months later they told me the retainer needed to be replenished 3 days before a court date. My 15k was gone. I would have sent them more money but I read this and decided to hire another attorney. I saw another review site Avvo and obviously the reviews are all posted my Jeff Feulner and the rest of his scam team. Fortunately I'm a blogger and will get the word out about this scam. Fake reviews will only get you so far before people start to spread the truth about you Jeff. I dealt with some very rude people there as well. Someone called me from his office repeatedly trying to get me to send more money When I wouldn't pay they got very belligerent on the phone, Natalie Ramirez was her name. Someone needs to investigate these people.
