Not dependable or knowledgeable about government employment law. Did not keep up with deadlines or communicating critical information to client. Claimed success when client was the one mostly responsible for documentation and timely contact to insure deadlines were met and appointments were verified, especially when re-scheduling occured. No formal contract ever sent to client. Kept initial down payment and client never received final bill although they were insured several times that one would be sent. Final percentage of total award was much higher than advertised or verbally agreed to on a contingency basis with client. Never heard from this firm again after they received their compensation although client was assured many times that final bill and refund would be sent. Never heard from or received anything from firm after case was finalized and closed. |
