Very expensive, good at getting back to us, very business like, seems to understand the situation and anticipate what will or could happen. Very good at keeping us focused on the problems and coming up with a game plan. Very courteous, polite and knowledgeable overall. |

Timothy is good at returning calls and emails despite a heavy workload. He is personable and undersands where his clients are coming from. You get a good result but he is not cheap. He is knowledgeable and tries to get a negotiated result before going to court. His court preparation is excellent and his appearance simply immaculate in tailor made suit, custom briefcase and diamond studded rolex. His research skills and court preparation/presentation get very good results. Hourly billing is very expensive so he asks you for quite a bit of information up front. Not cooperating or not getting back to him quickly will see a lot of .2's on your bill for leaving voicemails. However, you get copies of all correspondence and know where your file is at and if you don't he is good at returning your call or meeting with you to explain things. Being from a small town, I know many of his clients are simply from referrals. |
