Richard was assigned my case as a public defender. He encouraged me to take steps in my recovery. He then got the DA to offer a plea deal to drug court. I'm happy to report that today I am clean and able to be home with my family and not in prison. Richard certainly helped start me in the right direction. Thank you |

Richard Pugh is a great lawyer! he helped beat my DWI case. Christopher Knight isnt his investigator, he's another public Defender Attorney. He was the main attotrney on my DWI case and those guys did an amazing job at trial. When the jury returned the NOT GUILTY VERDICT.... they actually praised both Pugh and Knight on doing such a great job! If youre lucky enough to get either of those guys assigned to your case, know that youre in good hands! |

Richard is a liar and will not lift a finger to do any work on a case. His specialty is promising a trial and at the last minit trying to convince you to plead guilty. He will not provide you with any discovery and will avoid talking to you. If you press for a trial he will bring in his investigator chris knight to lean on you and bully you into accepting a guilty plea even if you are innocent. |
