The comments all here speak the truth. Being a traveller from Ottawa I was being charged for weapons smuggling when all I had were simple switch knives as gifts. Zayid Al-Baghdadi had several options and outlined the probable outcome of each. The case went to trial and was dismissed. Quick and easy! Highly recommended! |

When I first met Me Zayid, I introduced my case, a complicated "fiscal" case and then I asked him 2 questions, are you an aggressive lawyer and if yes how do you proceed on being it? He answered: “Yes I am, am aggressive with kindness”. How can ANYONE argue that? He took my case even though it was not his “specialty field” and went forward with just 1 objective, to win and if not, to not lose either. Me Zayid, who teamed up with a great accountant, didn’t drag and dramatized the case; they both moved persistently fast and managed to settle very successful results. I believe a "specialized fiscal” lawyer would have NOT done better. He is NOT your typical "intimidating business-man lawyer" when you meet him. He is the true and full meaning of the word LAWYER. He worries for each of his cases. He knows how to talk to the "adversary" which helps ALOT. Me Zayid is a companionate, listener, genuine, respectful, gentleman, intelligent, NOT misleading and devoted professional lawyer you want. |

I met Mr Baghdadi with a complicated and intricate legal dilema....he sorted through and solved, one by one, my problems that were best suited to his legal specialty, he then referred me to another attorney who dealt with the litigation aspect. He made himself available to me at all times throughout and got the job done successfully !!! |

Zayid is both a great professional and a really nice genuine person. Zayid has all the qaulities I look for in a lawyer. He was truly empathetic and took the time to really get to know my case. He went above and beyond the minimum and was truly prepared for court.
