Attorneys Nicoletti and his ex-partner Paul Hogan scammed me out of my retainer, refused to go to trial on my behalf that caused a $50,000 default judgment against me. Hogan and Nicoletti then liened all future proceeds from my case so no other attorney would take my case. Nicoletti went on to represent the opposing parties(!) and conspired with them in an 'equity stripping' scam that took title to my house and then flipped through mortgage fraud for a profit. They are now evicting us. That is Case No. 05-001136-CH and 2006-001531-AV in the Macomb County Circuit Court. Hogan and Nicoletti's unethical 'representation' cost me and my family 7 years of our lives, we are homeless, bankrupt and lost over $1.5 million in damages. |

COA 258945 does not say that malpractice or corruption did not occur. 97–000323–CK, Canyon v Stephens, as Defendants' attorneys, Nicoletti and Hogan withheld CPA’s damage analysis to throw case in final hours against their own client to benefit the opposing party.An abuse of process to transfer property rights. As a racketeering scam, Nicoletti and Hogan withdrew to lien proceeds, embezzled and converted client’s $25,000 Frankenmuth Insurance check; obtained a secret hidden order from Jdg McDonald to cover up felonies plus obtain bogus liens on settlement for $182,500 so they and judge can show up post haste, when client is post mortem. Stealing from the dead is common for organized crime. With prima facie evidence of bribes from Frankenmuthboth as mortgages were paid and purchased real estate on the same day |
