The founders,Henry Handler,Howard Weiss are two of the most knowledgeable,honorable attorneys in the legal profession.This firm is held in the highest esteem by judges, politicians, public authorities and has attained an AV rating, the highest rating a law firm can earn, awarded by Martindale-Hubbell; thus making Weiss Handler one of Florida's top ranked law firms for 2012.Henry Handler and Howard Weiss are not only the most knowledgeable in their profession, they happen to highly respected in the business and social community as honorable humanitarians. These negative comments are made by someone who knows nothing about the integrity of this firm or the founders. The baseless allegations are false;reviewed by local agencies and the Florida Bar who actually looked favorably on Weiss Handler and dismissed all these frivolous claims. Weiss Handler will continue to be one of the elite in the field of law.

Henry Handler is a top notch attorney, great business man,knows law like no other in his specialty field and does as he say's. From others experience, the fee's are what they are, you get what you pay for and Handler/Weiss is perhaps one of the best firms in South Florida

They have your case fixed in the FY division of the family court before you get there.Berger was their judge they had put on the bench by Kathleen Kroll to fix their cases for them,That was nice of her.They have owned the FY division for years now.They had Boca tennis partner,John D. Wessel (deceased)law firm associate,William J. Berger,close associate Peter D.Blanc and Martin Colin,Stern,Now finally Charles Burton who does a mighty fine job for them.All this time and all these cases were fixed by a bunch of Boca clowns.Don't fool yourself,this is the deal that Handler makes with these judges and has his cases heard in front of the right judge all the time.The 15th judicial clown circuit is so corrputed you shouldn't even bother to use it.Just go postal on their crooked asses.You'll be much better off.They even use their baliffs to carry out their dirty deeds.It's so ****ed up here that you cannot use the legal system here.Just take the law into your own hands.
