Hard to get hold of him. Secretary had so much difficulty taking down my ph number (tried 3 times) and kept asking me why I wanted to talk to him. The old bag had trouble accepting I might want to talk to him confidentially. Office did not call me back even though i said it was urgent.When I finally got hold of him he was so grouchy while he took details of my legal troubles. WTF?? I wasn't sure he would handle my case wit interest. |

office has irregular hours and rude staff, won't return messages. He promises a lot at first and dosen't follow through. He has personal issues and looses his temper when we asked about stuff relating to our case. |
