I guess it all depends what side of the fence you are on! Ms. Hoffman proved to be an exceptional lawyer for my case. She was professional and direct in how she dealt with the issues that were clouding and complicating my case and was able to devise a plan that led to closure and the eventual conclusion of my divorce. The anger that I see expressed in the ratings on this page depict a level of frustration that is not the fault of a lawyer but that of individuals that "feel" that something else should have transpired or should have been done! Bottom line is that if you keep your kids out of the divorce and if you can focus on the conclusion of your divorce like "reasonable and rational adults", you will be able to conclude the divorce. As far as "winning"...in a situation like divorce are there truly any winners? And guys, if you reside in Alberta, while there are laws that exist defining what divorce is, do not necessarily confuse that law with the justice you will be served with. |

Ms Hoffman is an exceptional lawyer. She is compassionate and cares about more than just winning. She has a longterm vision, based on experience, of what would be most beneficial to all the victims of divorce proceedings and it is not just about the financial aspects. She has an excellent grasp of the law, is extremely efficient and very hardworking. Her staff are helpful and friendly. She can lighten many difficult moments with a bit of humour and is very personable. I highly recommend her. |

Jane Hoffman is compansionate, knowledgable and professional in every respect. I would recommend her to everyone who has high conflict cases Her sensitivity and expertise are excellent. |
