I had been on Social Security Disability Insurance for almost two years when I realized my debt was simply insurmountable. I called several bankruptcy firms that advertise on tv before I tried Linnan & Assoc. to get some different input. The person I first spoke to spent a half an hour on the phone with me explaining everything about the process without even knowing who I was. I was convinced they were for me. And sure enough, they handled everything with a quickness and thoroughness, keeping me posted at every step of the way. They spent time with me in person going over all the information I needed to provide and asking me to double check that all the filing paperwork was correct. When I walked into court at the federal courthouse I was calm as a cucumber. It would be well worth your time to meet with Linnan & Assoc. about your bankruptcy concerns. Hats off to them. |

After talking to a few other attorneys, I hired Sean to represent me in my divorce and custody dispute. I was reluctant to go with him because he was the cheapest of everyone, but I'm so glad I did. I am 100% positive no one else in town would have done as good a job with my case as Sean and his staff. He has treated my case like he really cares about the outcome and despite digging myself into a hole before hiring him, he has turned my case around and now I am the one with all the leverage. |

We are grandparents with custody of 2 granddaughters. Their mother wanted visitation with no set limits or conditions. She is a drug addict/alcoholic living with a just released from prison, boyfriend who was incarcerated for 5 years for meth....what a pair. Sean helped us get through the legal maze and negotiate a strict order for the safety of the girls. Sean is family orientated and very honest with us. I have used Sean often with my legal disputes. My divorce was simple, painless and the cheapest I have ever heard of. Sean was easy to talk to and the other attorneys in his office were wonderful as well. Will use him over and over again. |

We are a men's rights firm but our cases are only as strong as our clients. In the state of MN it is common knowledge among my colleagues that the way the laws are written and interpreted is completely unfair and slanted against men. Our office does phenomenal work at highly reduced rates. We offer payment plans when others wont. We offer reduced fees and sliding fees when other law firms shut their doors. We work on credit in most cases. We allow people to hire us 2 days before a trial. We give out our cell phone numbers so our clients can call our attorneys at home, on the weekends, and after hours. In the end... if the case is simply a bad case or the client is not the father that they BELIEVE they are or they are simply the victims of discrimination at the hands of the system... |

I HAD SEAN LINNAN IN A CHILD CUSTODY CASE A FEW YEARS BACK. WHAT A JOKE ALL TALK AND NO DO. HE EVEN TOLD ME IN HIS OFFICE HE LIKES TO PUT UP A FIGHT IN COURT. YA RIGHT! HALF OF THE STUFF I WANTED HIM TO SAY TO THE JUDGE HE WOULDNT. ITS LIKE HE WAS AFRAID OF THE JUDGE WHAT A WIMP!! DONT EVER HIRE HIM FOR FAMILY COURT CASES YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GOOD THING I GOT RIOF HIM RIGHT AFTER THE 1ST HEARING. CAUSE I COULD JUST TELL WE WERENT GOING TO WIN THAT CASE. DIDNT SEEM LIKE HE HAD MUCH OF A PLAN TO HELP GET US OUR DAUGHTER BACK. anything he said or did was a big win,he was just lying to me and himself.the state of mn has screwed men so bad it would take a revolution to stop the violation of a fathers or a man's rights.most of the lawyers know this and will tell you anything just to get your money.When you get in front of the judge 90% of the things he told me was a lie.It is shameful for me to think i spent 4yrs on active duty in the army and many yrs in the national guard for a country that has fogotten who has served it. men. |
