I hired Luke with a child custody matter he was the absolute WORST attorney I've ever had. I would advise any person that hires this creep beware of no call backs, disrespectful attitude and lies about everything. I spent over $3000. before I realized I wasn't getting any ware with Mr Ciciliano. He lied about where his office was I always had to meet me places outside his supposedly office . At a time in my life where I was at his mercy he took my money and done nothing for my case. I hired another Lawry done everything for $2500. in a third of the time I spent with this creep. Cut your losses if you've hired this creep.

luke and peter represented me in a child custody case back in 08 we won the case I am thankful to them and one thing luke said comes to mind after reading his reviews "good lawyers piss off a lot of people"

OMG I just saw these reviews and I am shocked! Maybe divorce and child custody are not the areas he should practice but in my CRIMINAL DEFENSE he got me a slap on the wrist for TRAFFICKING 500 pounds of weed. He filed illegal search and seizure motions until the prosecutor made an amazing deal we jumped on! Luke was a life saver for me and I would recommend him to anyone! I wish more of his clients that he has helped wrote reviews. After seeing all the other ones I had to post this! BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER AND HE NEVER MISSED A PHONE CALL OR SIDNT RETURN ONE VERY PROMPTLY! I am sure there were other mitigating factors why he was not able to help these other people and they just need someone to blame other them themselves. I would contact him again anyway but hopefully I will never need too. So far so good :)

Important Notice at the end of my comment! I don't need to go into details; what happened to me is the same story. Kept $ 3,500 retainer and then disappeared on me. A disgusting scam artist. Meanwhile he went out of business and is now a - hold on to your seats - personal trainer who promises to help obese people with their physical and mental problems. The physical address of the mind-and-body-health.com business he runs does not exist, and his residence is an abandoned house with stickers from his mortgage lender on the garage door. I would love to hire him for a session and teach him how to run fast, but I'm have a better idea. I am going after this guy. Worst. Attorney. Ever. Told me I had a great case to get custody of my daughter and relocate, so I paid Puke, (that's not a typo) $3000. WRONG!! Once 50/50 custody is established, it's nearly impossible to have it reversed. This was told to me by the new attorney I had to retain to fix the mess that Luke made. It's amazing that someone like this is allowed to practice.

I hired this Luke in Nov. 2010 to handle my divorce.He did nothing on my case. The hearing was postponed because he wasn't prepared due to his lack of interest. He made sure he got every dime of my retainer fee. I fired him in Feb. 2012. WORST ATTORNEY IN LAS VEGAS!!!! HE IS A SCAM ARTIST THAT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!! SURE WISH HE WOULD GET DISBARRED!!!

Mr. Ciciliano does not return calls, routinely lies to his own clients, and causes great harm to his clients. I was harmed by a lifetime commitment issued by a judge due to his failure to litigate the case properly. His mistake will cost me for the rest of my life. This attorney is incapable and unreliable. Not even worth pro-bono representation. Beware for your own good. No kidding!!!!

Luke has knowledge but he will never return phone calls and he is lazy(maybe he is sick ?)or just a good actor,He won my case ,we meet like 2 times before court ,one of them an hour before enter court i was lucky the other lawyer was a rocky and he sucked .Today a month later after i won my case nothing has caned cause he simple dissapear and never signed the court order to enforce the court decision and i keep payng child support,i still owe her arrears , i could go in jail !!!, he desconected every single phone number and hes adress its not an office but a mail box.No1 can find him not the state board or the family court and im stuck ,Why he does things like his?!!SOMEONE HAS TO RESPOND..FOR NOW JUST DONT HIRE LUKE!!!

I hired Mr Cicilliano to take care of a plain speeding ticket, to go to court for me and have it converted to a parking ticket. He never got back with me about the case. A few mths later i got something in the mail that said the case will go to warrant if i dont take care of it. I called him multiple times before he returned my call. Then he said there must be some mistake he will take care of it the next day n get back with me. Now a month later i get an officer knocking at my door saying i have a warrant and i have to call a number to post bail. 265 dollars. So, i tried to call him and his number is disconnected!!!! Are you kidding me??? What the heck??? This is ridiculous and i will report this anywhere i can!!@!!

Mr. Luke Ciciliano is an excellent attorney who won me full legal and sole custody on my son. His goal was to lookout for the best interest of my son. I WAS REFER TO LUKE FOR MY CHILD CUSTODY CASE AND IT WAS THE BEST REFERRAL EVER HE ALWAY RETURNED MY CALLS AND HE MADE SURE THAT AFTER EVER COURT HEARING I UNDERSTOOD EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN WHY IT HAPPEN AND WHAT WOULD BE THE NEXT STEP.HE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND I NEVER FELT LIKE ALL HE WANTED WAS MY MONEY I FELT LIKE HE CARED AND FOR THAT I'M THANKFUL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE I WILL REFER HIM TO ANY ONE I KNOW GOING THROUGH ANY FAMILY LAW MATTERS ..... My wife and I retained him in a custody issue and ultimately had to fire him. After three months he had done nothing. Our new attorney accompleshed in two weeks what Luke was unable to do. Luke is also terrible at communication (he does not return nor respond to phone calls or emails.) Luke is basically a scam artist. He will tell you whatever he thinks he needs to in order to get your money and then does nothing. Worst lawyer in Nevada.

He is lazy, a crook, and a bully. I had 2 lawyers plus Luke at his firm during the duration of my divorce (over a year). Each was briefed on my case just minutes before entering the court room. Luke would ask me to read over and make any corrections prior to the forms being sent to opposing counsel. He would send over without my corrections. He only followed through with about 5% of the scheduled conference calls and I could never get any questions answered. I would get his attention by withholding payment only to be bullied into payment. My case was dropped in one incidence until payment was made. I put stop payment on my final check to him to get answers and it was sent to bad checks division. He was quick to return a call to my father, but never to me. He even hung up on me. I even showed up at his office to try to get a face to face to get questions answered. He responded with: he is not my lawyer because I owe him money and was going to call the police for trespassing.

Luke Ciciliano and his associate Peter were my lawyers for a little over two weeks. Nothing happened, nothing got done; no calls were ever answered. They took my money and spent their time on everything but my case; it was a nightmare from hell. This guy treats his clients like ATM machines and doesn't do sh*& for them. Not a classy guy. Not a good lawyer. Definitely not a recommentation.

I am from out of state and was facing two felony charges that carried up to ten years in prison.Needless to say before contacting Ciciliano and Associates I was very stressed out and felt helpless. Upon my initial conversation with Luke Ciciliano, I was quoted a very reasonable retainer considering my situation, and also Ciciliano and Associates kept me very informed on every step in my case. Moreover, I would get a detailed bill explaining where my money went every month. Ciciliano filed all the right motions which kept me out of jail, and finally able to move on with my life. Ciciliano and Associates kept me very informed from start to finish on my case. I am still in shock of the wonders this law firm did for me. All which was not even an option when the public defenders office was representing me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CICILIANO AND ASSOCIATES.

Absolutly the worst lawyer ever ! He supposed to be handling my divorce case. After $10,000 and 2 years it's still not done even though there is no property or children involved. He has become friends with my ex and now his so called litigator, Peter James, has started to hang up on me. Do not get this lawyer !!!! Save yourself the headache.
