I used Kevin as my defense attorney to defend against a misdemeanor criminal charge. He was effective and diligent, despite the minor status of my offense in comparison to his other clients. He challenged every questionable issue, leading to a very favorable result. I recently needed copies of the court documents and received them within days of my request. |

I have had Kevin as a family attorney for over 5 years as well as a criminal attorney. He has represented myself and several members of my family. He has been a valuable asset in our legal issues. He always gave very sound advice and thought of issues I would never have thought to question. He has called me late in the evening to ask me questions and this let me know he was working hard on my case. I have called him in a panic and he and his staff have been calming and supportive. He knows what he is doing and is very good at estimating those he is up against. His office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all he has done for my family. He is the attorney I will call with any future legal needs I have. |

I hired Kevin a year ago for an anullment. I was overseas and email was my primary means of contacting him. He ensured me that the process would only take 6 weeks, but at best it would take 6 weeks for him to get back with me. The anullment process took all of 10 months to complete! Whenever I would email he wouldn't respond until I would write several emails and had to be very blunt. He never apologized or had a good explanation for his dereliction. Then when the papers were completed, he did not send me a copy for two months after and rather than sending me a copy he sent my ex the copy!!!! (when I was the one that hired Kevin) His only excuse was that he had more pressing clients.. I don't understand how that can be when I was a paying customer like everyone else. I paid $1,200 for the anullment when all he had to do was draw up 2 papers and never even had to meet me in person OR take any of my phone calls. He made it so hard to contact him I had to have my mom call him! |
