He was lazy and not properly prepared for court dates i.e. review of discovery material. Always the last attorney to arrive to court. Did not return e-mails or acknowledge they were even sent. His lazy disposition prevented my probationary status from being closed because he could not forward a document to the corrections office. This after having being notified 10 days in advance. Was unable to make any head way in the case other than scheduling delays. Working with him was a large disappointment. He was not even worth half what he was paid. As my case closed I was visibly upset with the harsh disposition from the judge, he showed me my drivers licence and asked if I liked the picture on it. Then laughed and said to bad you won't see that one again! OMG!!
