Unethical - Attached and notarized 116 signatures of property owners in Carlton Ridge subdivision without their concent or knowledge to a document to form a HOA for which she would be the attorney. Filed the amendment to our property records and refused to remove the invalid document. The property owners had to hire an attorney at a sum of $10,000 to have the documents removed from their property. The courts found the document to be invalid. Also Mrs. Watson filed a deframation lawsuit against against one of the homeowners that said she notarized her signature without her consent to a document she had never seen. Needless to say Mrs. Watson loss and had to pay over $15,000 for her legal fees. Please see court records before hiring. Lack of knowledge of ga laws, improper use of signatures and notarization of those signatures, drafted legal property documents and placed on file with courts without the signers knowledge or presents of document she attached and notarized the signatures. |
