They will make sure there doctors and everyone else is taken care of before they even get to you. I had medical insurance; my settlement was 12000, Ben Abbott got 4,400+, doctors 3,500+, other stuff 2000+, I walked away with 720 bucks. If you use them, get your own doctors and keep up with what they are doing and good luck in staying in touch with someone, they are constantly switching up who handles your case. Once you sign that dotted line they got you. |

I was passenger in my friends car when an 18 wheeler hit us. We hired another attorney before we hired Ben Abbott. Our first attorney worked our case for 8 months and we had no answers or help. I hired Ben Abbott & in 10months my case was settled. He is the best around dont look any where else. |

I was re-ended on the highway. A friend of mine had used Ben Abbot before and was very pleased. The staff at Ben Abbott immediately referred me to a chiropractor and even set up my first appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My case settled within 8 months. All my doctor bills were payed and I was very happy with the amount I got in my pocket. I would recommend this attorney! |

I was injured on a DART Bus when someone side swiped it. A friend refered me to call Ben Abbott. They helped me find a clinic with flexible hours to treat me for my injuries. In 9 months my case was settled. I was paid & so were the doctors.I couldnt have asked for more. |

Do not use this firm, they dont return calls, have not got paper work we signed in Feb, keep giving us the run around and cant get answers we need for my wifes case. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, we are firing them and getting a new lawyer. |

They took my case with pleasure, I wanted to think about it. I was called and told I really should go ahead with the lawsuit, after two months of treatment. they droped the case. I had serous injuries. without notice I ws told by a clinic worker they couldnt see me anymore. Abbott didnt have the courtacy to make a phone call. Never returned but one call and never gave me copies of what I signed. There rude and arrigant . I found a new Lawyer and the case is going well Medical treatment was continues without delays. Huge mistake going with Ben Abbott. They do not care about the client. Run from this Law Firm |

Told me they "destroyed my records" so I couldn't get a better lawyer. Also accused me of "faking". 10 days after I was tossed out of rehab -- 2 capillaries from the tissue covering both mastoid bones in my brain broke. Obviously, I was rushed to the ER |

THIS IS NOT A GOOD LAWYER!!!!! Please don't waste your money. My Husband was hit by a guy who ran a red light in a company car. After no return calls and threaten to fire the attorney, my husband received a "small reward" two years later. And when I say "small" I mean "small". Please, please,please,please,please,please,please don't call him, think twice. They come out and take pictures FAST but pay SLOW. |

I contacted Abbott's office regarding an accident I had been in, the next day someone came to my house to meet with me and take some photos. I signed the paperwork and asked for copies to keep for myself. I never did get those copies even though I requested them from my case manager 2 additional times. I called the office to find out about my case and to see when I could bring my car in for repairs. I was always told that I would have to speak to the atty. in charge of my case and that She was always out of the office or on another line. Then 3 months into it I GET A LETTER saying that they have decided not to take the case because the womans insurance company claims that she made her payment 3 hours late so they wouldn't cover her at the time of the accident. They never canceled her policy they just say that she wasnt covered between 12am - 12pm the day of the accident, too bad for me the accident was at 8am |

These people are lawyers? They never call you back and when you call them you may get them 1 out of 100 times. Im still waiting on my first offer from the insurance company. This is ridiculous! Its been 6 months! they let the insurance companies bully them around instead of the other way around. I could have done better by myself and saved 33% of my money! |

They held my case for 15 months and never filed with the court. Never returned my calls unless I threatened to fire them and violated confidentiallity by speaking with uninvolved parties about my case and private details. Was told flat out to lie and commit insurance fraud by the paralegal who is the ONLY person who will call you back. |
