Does not return phone calls ever. Does not respond to your questions with any valid answer at all. Talks around your questions. Is never prepared on day of court. Unethical and dishonest. Very vague about what he has done for you. Not a fighter at all when you need it. Drags out simple solutions to minor problems which only costs you more money and agony. Very poor communication skills and exhibits total lack of professionalism to his/her clients. No updates at all on your cituation whether by mail, email, phone, whatever. Do not hire this lawyer unless you want pure misery and headaches!!! |

Joe is often late, unprepared and very willing to give in just when he should fight — though he does a lot of tough talking. He not proactive in the least and will flat refuse to return calls. |
