I had a very good experience with Ms. Barganier and her office staff. They were always helpful and the ex-husband that owns a successful company and yet always wanted more and more money from me finally had to face the music. I had three attorneys before Ms. Barganier and NONE of them would stand up to my ex and his attorney. Including the guardian ad litem assigned by the court. With the "help" of my other attorneys I overpaid support to the tune of $32000.00 in a 4 year span. I was told to give him physical custody by my first attorney who didn't bother to explain what that would mean later. I listened to Ms. Barganier's advice, and I came out of this last attempt by my ex finally exonerated after many years of abuse and overpaying. Simply sitting through his deposition was a joy to me as I watched the man attempt to lie over and over and get caught every single time and his attorney get asked if he knew about all of it. I had gotten her name from another client she helped. |

She told me I would get to keep my home and get $2,000 a month. I lost my home and got $1,000 a month for 3 years. My X makes $160,000 a year. We were married for 12 years and he is sleeping with my daughter from my first marriage. That about saids it all. She sold me out! |

She took $5,000 dollars from me to sue my ex for custody. I called to try and talk to her and every time she billed me for trying to talk. She then talked to my ex and became sympathetic to him. She then turned on me and kept my money and created a false charge accounting to show she had earned all the $5,000. Don't trust her she will stab you in the back. She simply isn't very professional and is too moody and caught up on herself. |

She has had a client for almost a year, and then meets her for the first time and doesn't even speak to her about the matter or ask any questions. |
