Gerald Tadlock is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable,prompt,and very professional. He handled my case way beyond my expectations. I wanted my divorce case to be as simple and quick as possible, and in a matter of weeks, it was done. I hope I never need an attornet for a divorce again, but if so, he will be the only one I call. |

Mr. Tadlock and his staff made a very difficult time in my life much more manageable. He and his paralegal kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Mr. Tadlock helped me understand the legal process and the steps we would go through in order to come to an agreement. He was knowledgeable, timely and thorough! I was very satisfied with the work Mr. Tadlock did on my case. He was very professional and his office was wonderful. I will most defiantly be recommending Mr. Tadlock to friends and family and would go back for other legal issues in the future. |

The above rating is made by a fmr client who hired me for an UNCONTESTED divorce after he defrauded a bankruptcy court. He knew his case was contested, but told me otherwise to get a cheaper fee. He says I did nothing for him, but I negotiated to keep him in his house, agreed temp orders, negotiated heavily with his wife's attorney, etc. He was very happy with me & my service until I insisted he pay for a CONTESTED divorce ($2500 as opposed to $900)...and he forgot to mention that he was late on his payments. Once I insisted the payment be made, he became so irate that we nearly had to call the Police Department to have him removed. His "uncontested" case took over a year to complete. He filed a bar complaint against me, which consisted of ten very general sentences. I plan on suing this individual for libel/slander once his complaint is dismissed. Ironically, he told me that he would not rate me on this site, or file a bar complaint, if I gave him his money back. |

Seemed like a great person on our first meeting, Told me all the things he would do for me, so i hired him. But afre giving him my money, he NEVER lifted a finger to to defend me with my divorce. He took my money ($1100.00)and did NOTHING (OK... he did forward one email) !!! I ended up having to hire a new lawyer. Not only am i out the money i gave him, but it cost me so much more money and time because his lack of ethics, and human decency. I am now in the process of taking him to court... and i cant wait to hear his excuses to the judge. If you hire JERRY TADLOCK, you will regret it !!! |
