I had Joanne as an attorney during a custody/visitation dispute. We arranged a payment plan. I paid a retaining fee and made my payments as scheduled. The day before going in front of the judge, Joanne called me and told me I needed to pay my full balance before going to court or she would not be there to represent me. She has very poor communication skills! I had to come up with $1700.00 in 1 day, just to have her represent me. We had originally agreed the money could be paid over 6 weeks, but then last minute she backed out. Not professional either! During court, she was chitchatting with my ex's lawyer, bragging about how her and her ex didnt have to go to court cause they were more mature and responsible than most. Real cool to say to someone who is depending on you to help them. |

Joanne is a excellent lawyer she has a heart of gold. But as a lawyer she is a fighter She fights for whats right and what she believes in. Any mothers out there fighting for whats right she is the lady for the job! You will never wish you hired anyone else. |

If you need a lawyer that is successful and fair to you! Then Joanne is the "Diamond" you need, she is fast good keeps you well informed at all times, none of the typical Atty. runaround, she is easy to get a hold of and a fighter. 100% recommended. Fred |

when in need of an attorney, I will definitely go back to Joanne. She is awesome at what she does and a straight shooter. None of that lawyer double talk. Fees were as expected and discussed prior to hiring her. No hidden surprises. |

If you have an uncomplicated matter or want a run of the mill lawyer, don't go here. This woman is a fighter! You get what you pay for in the lawyer business. If you want somehow who takes nothing for granted and will fight tooth and nail with anyone about your case, you have found the right attorney! |
