Bad communication, never told receiving parties that money was in escrow, even when asked by receiving parties, I had to file a complaint as he kept $500.00 of settlement for himself, after complaint was filed, he returned $500.00, I now have a federal lawsuit filed against him in Scranton Pennsylvania which consists of several misrepresentation and mishandling of my case while he represented me |
