Mr. Speckman and his associates are truly knowledgeable in all the areas of Real Estate and Bankruptcy. Which in this Volatile market are a must have! They have helped many of My RE brokerage clients. Everyone has been extreemly satisfied with there services. Including Myself..They listen to the client and make a game plan that is right for them. I have referred Many clients friends and Family, and will continue to do so. |

David Speckman is the worst lawyer in San Diego. He appears as if he is working for the other side. He was our corporate laywer and basically mishandled and lost every case he was asked to handle. He is a liberal and discriminates against if you do not agree with his political views. |

This guy took my money to do a loan modification and after 5 months of waiting he tells me that he never could have helped me. He was given all my information and details in the very beginning and took my check and cashed it, but now tells me he couldn't help me!!!! Don't you think he should have made that decision BEFORE he took my money? |
