I wasted thousands on this attorney concerning a criminal case, while his father had the divorce case. He is more interested in playing lets make a deal, then getting the charges dropped or proving me innocent. But the firm is great at generating bills for faxing,short letters etc. Nice office, not assertive in court. I'd spend the time to find someone else before you waste thousands. |

I wasted over 5K on this attorney concerning a civil case. Several years later, after being dissatisfied, I decided to get a second opinion on the matter. The second attorney advised me of 8 Laws that were vital to the outcome of my case that Atty. Killoran NEVER informed me of. I was NEVER going to succeed in my case,and yet, he kept encouraging me to proceed. After i informed Atty. Killoran that I was not going any further with proceedings, I received a bill for another 2.5K for trumped up over exaggerated "Fees" that I still owed him.Atty. Killoran is tied to the town of Somerset and WILL NOT TRULY REPRESENT A CLIENT THAT IS OPPOSING THE TOWN. In addition, his knowledge base is , from my own experience, extremely lacking. His billing abilities, however, are outstanding and he lines his pockets with extremely high prices for faxing,short letters etc. Nice looking office, very little clout,WIMPY presence and limited knowledge. Find someone else before you consider him. |
