Where do I start? He made me believe that he was taking my case pro bono. Made me believe that he was my attorney. Told me that he will start working on my case. I kept trying to reach out to this guy for four months and not one word. Then my friend reached out to him and was told that he only has time for paid clients and I should go find a public defender. But he made 0 attempt at letting me know this. Completely ignored Rule 1.4 of Lawyer's professional conduct to keep clients informed. Then worte me a nasty email, told me that I was never his client (even thought I have the emails that proves otherwise) and basically said go ahead and report me to attorney grievances and I'll see you in court. Extremely unprofessional and rude. |

He USED to be a credible attorney and i don't know what got into him. Dev handled my case for couple of year with no major issues. He then completely lost credibility starting summer of 2010. Dev sent a different client's documents to immigration instead of mine! This is inexcusable and it cost me a lot of time and money to get it fixed not to mention the delay. I fired him and hired another. Attorneys should never make such mistakes. |

he did not know even the most basic answers to our questions. he said he will get back to us, but never did! And even threatened to go to court when we delayed paying his consult fees, since we were wating to get some answers from him. NEVER go to him! |
