I worked for him back in 2003-04...he is very underhanded, and very dishonest. Stay away. He's out for the buck, not to benefit the client. There were times that clients were billed for money they'd already paid, but he never made a receipt, just slipped it in his pocket! If your desperate enough and have to use him---always pay with money order or check so it can be traced!!!! Better yet, run away from this man! |

we hired this lawyer a couple of years ago who was so bad that I filed a complaint and he was suspended until he made restitution to myself and the others he royally screwed over and to this day I have never received my check!! So BEWARE!! |

At first I thought Jon was very abrupt and did not appreciate me, after I took time to listen to what he said, I found out all he cared about was helping me. Everything turned out great. |

The office was in kind of a mess but he did everything for us and helped us make it through our BK..I think he was knowledgeable as far as our case was I do know others that were not happy with them but we were 100% |

Jon portrays a sense of urgency until you have paid your retainer, then he becomes unreachable. The Flint office suffers from constant turn over and general ambiance of incompetence. Do not consider this attorney until you have checked the comments from the local Better Business Burrow or completed a Google search. The BBB has a strong negative rating listed for this office and a Google search will show that Jon lost his license to practice some time ago. A word of advice, do your research before giving this hack any money!!! |
