BEWARE! In our opinion attorney Stewart accepted our case, went into the first hearing unprepared, she did not take your case seriously, and gave into all of the opposing attorney's demands. She also withdrew from our case with less than 24 hours of calendar call to set the second hearing date, then did not appear in court as she stated to file the Motions needed in our case, thus leaving us at the mercy of the opposing attorney and the opposing attorney got a free shot at us because we had no legal representation in court. So in our opinion if you want to be over billed and grossly underrepresented, then this is your attorney. |
