Charged me thousands of dollars to represent me in a traffic case. Was rude and obnoxious and refused to meet me in person. Waited until days before trial and advised me to settle, and of course send a "representative" to the trial who had no familiarity with the case and was getting "prepped" minutes before the thing started. Was not resolved effectively. Stay away. |

Worst Mistake I could have made. I went to this attorney and he was so unprofessional it was a shame to even be called a lawyer! He took my money the min I sat down. He asked for $100.00 to even get startedand immediately jacked his prices up according to my creditors..Are u serious?? Ive filed chapt 7 before and no one does that. He yelled at me and told me Dont ask me any questions! He will try to take advantage of you if you let him. I fired him the next day and found me another attorney and received my money back! Omg his house is a mess! He told me to throw my paper work on the floor.. U think im a animal or something. He had everyone elese paper work on the floor. Guess thats what he thinks of his clients. They are trash is his book! Please BEWARE!! |

Do not go to this lawyer. The first clue I should have had was his dirty house with an "office" in the basement. He is totally unprofessional and will use scare tactics to get you to sign with him.. Other lawyers are cheaper, do not believe what he says. he does not answer the phone when you call and will never be there to help. Avoid him at all costs, you are better off representing yourself. |

Used this lawyer for my divorce/custody hearings. Over the phone he was knowlegible and helpful, but when the time came for the hearings he sent a half deaf, inexperienced "associate" who was a joke in the courtroom and totally unfamilliar with my case. My ex husband ended up with every other weekend visitation (despite his sex offender status and my daughter's claims of sexual abuse) and an insanely low amount due for child support. All this man did was take my money and not help my situation at all. After hiring a new lawyer, my ex-husbands attorney told me that I should sue Jack Hyatt, and that he'd testify on my behalf. This man is a QUACK. Do not retain him. He will take your money and do nothing to help you! |

Very good lawyer. Gave clear answers to all of my questions throughout the case and got my bankruptcy without any delays. |

Went to him to help me with a violation of probation that i did not understand. he could no explain it to me either and the day of court sent one of his friends to help who i had never met. he had 10 mins to review my case and went in and talked to the judge. the case was dropped b/c the prosecutor did not have enough evidence, but still nobody could explain to me what exactly the violation was. |
