When we purchased our house, the sellers misrepresented a number of defects - defects that are required to be disclosed by Pennsylvania law. We threatened sued the sellers and they hired Norton. His response to our attorney's correspondence was arrogant, condesending, and insulting. His letters contained a number of misstatements - not surprising as he had never seen the house nor was he familiar with the defects. His responses were so bad, I asked my attorney if Norton was stupid or just ignored the evidence. I assume Norton would claim that this is all part of his job. It must be nice to have a built-in excuse to be such a horse's ass. |
