I was represented by Mr. Babcock in a divorce case in Salem, OR. Throughout the process, he displayed limited knowledge of divorce law, and it was only through my questions and objections to his methods and correspondence with the opposing counsel, that I was able to achieve a reasonable settlement. I later found out that he has been cited and suspended for unethical conduct by the Oregon State Bar. I would strongly advise other potential clients to shop around before deciding to hire Gary D.
