VERY COSTLY WITHOUT RESULTS, MAYBE A GOOD CLASSROOM ATTORNEY BUT, DOESN'T CUT IT IN REAL TIME. HANDLED A DIVORCE FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO HAS SIX CHILDREN AND WAS MARRIED FOR 23 YEARS, SHE COULD NOT FORCE THE COURT ORDERS AGAINST HER SPOUSE AND COULD NOT ATTAIN A HEALTH INSURANCE CARD FOR HER . MY DAUGHTER HAD HER CHILDREN TAKEN AWAY FROM HER ALONG WITH HER TWO HOUSES. |

Betsy explains the law clearly and seeks the common good. In preparing our divorce, she was fair, organized and efficient. She helped us to think about the well-being of the children first as we decided on custody arrangements using mediation. In one session, she helped bring peace and closure to a troubled relationship. The bill really was what she predicted it would be, and her costs are reasonable. I recommend Betsy Walits' services very highly. |

I have really liked working with Ms. Walits. I greatly appreciate her patience to listen to my needs/concerns and then offer what I feel has been very helpful, thoughtful counsel. I feel that she has done an excellent job explaining legal choices I have and her very good advice about these choices, but hasn't been pushy and allows me to decide what course of action I'll take. She has always been extremely prompt in returning my calls/e-mails and provides the answers I've needed. I am very pleased to recommend Ms. Walits. |

We hired Ms. Walitz to work for us regarding an employment/discrimmination situation. After reading the contracts, we met and decided on a course of action, based on what we wanted to accomplish. Although it looked pretty hopeless, she worked at it, negotiating and writing and eventually settling the issue through mediation. my husband kept his job. Ms. Walitz is thorough, knowledgable but most of all caring. She is available and easy to talk to, she is able to put the situation in perspective with alternatives which help lower the anxiety clients experience. She is very positive, straightforward and good at analyzing a problem and coming up with alternative solutions. As I said, she is accessible and makes you feel that you are her most important client and your problem important to her. She is extremely professional and in our case, successful. I would highly recommend Ms. Walitz. |

Excellent experience/interaction. It's rare to describe an experience with an attorney as "delightful," but I'd use those words. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew her law, could translate my questions and concerns into legal terms, and was excellent at ongoing communication. I was pressured for time, and she was diligent in getting this work concluded quickly. I would highly recommend her to others. |

I have had Ms. Walits a few years back as a college professor in several law classes. It is obvious to tell that she is very passionate about legal issues and shows a great interest in what she does. She has fun with it and really has a great way of clearly explaining the issues while keeping it interesting and understandable. She helps you understand the laws while doing her best to explain why things are the way they are. I have learned so much from her, and she has inspired me to one day soon become a lawyer as well! |

I am very impressed with Ms. Walits and greatly appreciate how, unlike many other attorneys I have known, she is genuinely concerned about the welfare of her clients. This quality makes Ms. Walits a more dedicated, effective legal representative and distinguishes her from those who are solely concerned about the revenue being generated at their client's expense. |
