Extremely unprofessional. Dragged the work and failed to complete it. Seemed into the case at first, then lost interest and wasn't dignified enough to just dismiss us. Instead, he stopped any productive efforts. We couldn't get through to him. Every call was answered by his wife, who filtered us, always gave us her own unprofessional advices without being asked (which proved to be contrary to Stephen's), and put us on hold for months.
She postponed every action regarding our case in absurd excuses (I forgot/I lost/stuff happened). She set a meeting, and when we got there, the office was empty and closed.
We asked to have his professional opinion on some documents, and months later they returned with some cosmetic changes. So he barely gave it the time of day. So, we were misled to believe we're legally backed up, but in reality, we were on our own.
When we asked to refund our deposit, only after alot of calls, the money got back to us only 2 months later. |

This is a terrible lawyer and needs to be disbarred. The State Bar has received numerous complaints on this attorney. |

I had to take Katz before the GA Bar Association for his poor work ethics. This man charges 3 times more than what most atty charge to take on a case and does nothing to work the case in his clients best interest. The GA Bar did find favor in my case against this man/ |

Good lawyer out of the gate, but loses steam quickly. His office is ran by his wife which is the biggest problem. she is forgetful and tries to be the boss which cause alot of issues. she loses documents and mails to wrong addresses. truly a mess. |
