This man is probably the laziest attorney on the planet. He talked a good talk, as they say, but when it came to performance, he forgot things he promised, and overcharged. He made more money on the settlement than I did. He even quoted Scripture in his closing arguments, to my total embarrassment. The first statement the opposing attorney said was, I move that we cannot enter the concussion into evidence, because counsel has not proven the concussion.. because he was too lazy to get the proof? He consulted me on virtually nothing, and prepared me for nothing. During the trial the Judge could see what a fool my attorney was and, to my utter embarrassment, belittled him throughout the process. I have a life-long back injury and got $2,500 to show for it. If only one person decides not to use Mr. Daum as a result of this rating, I have saved that person from years of regret for choosing him. |
