I was referred to Mr.Lipsey by another attorney located in a different state and he was the most professional, knowledgeable attorney I ever met with in Michigan. He always kept me informed about my case and returned my calls in a timely manner, he was always very patient in explaining the details of my very complicated case. I really admired his tenacity and work ethic. He never gave up, won my case and I received everything I was entitled to and more! For 4 years in the case with attorney Isisah Lipsey returned my calls only on 2 occasions the day the case was open and when the was close. Lipsey never set up a consultation after numerous requests through his secretary and left messages on his cell phone at which he never returned for the consultation. His communication I rate is negative as a zero(-0). His secretary was the only means of communication between myself and his office, she gave me the impression that the case was going well. I asked his secretary if I found employment could it hurt my case she said, yes its possible it could. Attorney Lipsey left out 3 crucial evidences. Attorney Isisah Lipsey never questioned any of my 6 witnesses. After my case was dismissed I discussed this matter and showed the motions to another lawyer and they found numerous of discripendices and my new lawyer said they would had won the case so now it is in a appeal. |

Mr. Lipsey fought hard against the insurance company and got my attendant care and medical bills paid in full. |

I am a secretary in a firm that deals with "Attorney" Lipsey. This P.O.S. should have never been given the right to practice law. The most unprofessional person I have ever come across. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON, you will be very sorry. |

This attorney does not communicate at all. He took my case never returned a call, didn't answer any faxes and two months letter sent my documents back with a short letter saying, "I'm not able to take you case now" leaving me in limbo without an explanation. Isaiah is a very bad communicator. |
