I am so glad that I was referred to Mario. I was unfairly being sued by my prior landlord who I was trying to bully me into paying them money I did not owe them. Mario helped me understand the whole legal process, which can be very confusing, answered all my questions and was extremely understanding. Mario knew immediately that my landlord was breaking the law and he aggressively pursued legal action against them. He also made himself remarkably available, by responding to all my emails and phone calls very promptly. I ended up getting more than expected and I know if it had not had hired Mario I would have ended up paying the money I did not owe, just so they would leave me alone. All in all, I am very relieved and so very happy with the outcome of my case |

Simply put, Mario is the very best at what he does. As a lawyer myself, I turned to him to address fraudulent conduct by a former creditor that had devastating effects on my credit report. His knowledge of the law and unflagging tenacity achieved a favorable result within a very short time frame. Although the creditor defendants were well-funded and represented by a large firm, it was clear from the beginning that they were outmatched by Mario. I have worked with thousands of lawyers in my career and I can say without reservation that he is, in my opinion, the most effective consumer rights attorney in Illinois. |

What can I say? Mario is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. And he actually LISTENS to what the client says. He keep me informed every step of the way. Advised me properly. He made sure I was treated with dignity. At twice the price, would still be a bargain. |

I can't even put into words how friggin AWESOME Mario is. I decided to take action on my credit files with the CRA's and found a lot of inaccurate information being put on my files. I contacted Mario and explained to him what is going on and he asked for all copies of my credit reports to be sent to him. Not only did he found errors as well but he also stated I have a few FDCPA violations. His attention to detail and knowing the law is a tremendous value and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has concerns and issues with their credit reports. HORAY for Mario. |

He is great!!! He really knows his stuff. He was able to help us with a case that we had been fighting for several mos. He was able to resolve the matter quickly and got us a very favorable decision. Mr. Kasalo is a true God send. He not only has corrected the issue I contacted him about but on his own volition found, informed and is now working diligently to correct and fight on my behalf to correct other issues. He is going above and beyond to assist me, is patient, has excellent communication skills, keeps you well informed of court events and is a master at translating legalese into english so I can easily understand what is going on as well as learn. When it comes to lawyers, I am very critical of their performance. This attorney gets all high marks from me because I placed him in a difficult situation due to time constraints and other logistical issues. He resolved in three weeks what I was unable to achieve in five months. In addition to the resolution I sought, he produced a binding settlement that achieved two extra benefits that exceeded my expectations and added to the value of the services he provided to me. I am telling you Mario is an amazing lawyer. I came to him at the last minute with a court case and the end result was me getting money and the case dissapearing from my credit completely and then while that was wrapping up I actually ended up with another court date on another account and he got that one resolved completely a well. Found Mr. Kasalo's input on a debt collection complaint forum while researching how to fight a suit against me for an old debt long since paid off. Emailed him regarding the status of his class action lawsuit and received a response 9 minutes later!
