This attorney,and members of his firm, knowingly failed to appropriately advocate for me in a personal injury case. I was seriously injured as a result of a collision arranged by parties unknown to me. A nuclear waste truck deliberately accelerated into the rear end of the vehicle I was driving when ladders were placed on the road ahead of me. These attorneys made no effort to remedy a coverup, including a false press release, misrespresentation of my injuries and doctored photos of the wreck. It was attempted murder. My doctors misrepresented the severity of my injuries. I live with, as described by the computerized readout on my MRI, a dislocated C-4, T-1, other undiagnosed damage. I overheard one of my doctor's mentioning my "swollen spinal cord," closed head injury, etc. Rating reasons are obvious. |
