Bob Bartus might do fine in an easy cut and dry divorce, but if there are any extenuating circumstances, if there are any twists or turns in your divorce then Bob is not your guy. He is very friendly and seems quite knowledgeable but in the end he has his "divorce script" and will not deviate from that. He will not properly prepare you for trial. He is not willing to research the information given in interrogatories to find inconsistencies. He then doesn't inform clients of thier need to do that quickly so that important information can be obtained in time for court. He will listen to what you have to offer for things to bring up in court and he gives the impression that he will follow your recommendations, but then come trial day, he reverts back to his well rehearsed "divorce script". My soon-to-be ex did a better job of representing himself. He will either forget to or simply choose not to enter in evidence items that the judge clearly needs to know. On a scale of 1-10 I give 3
