Josh showed a lack of skills in Superior court for a child custody case. I've found that his cross examination is weak. He let even the most obvious of questions slip by him. He didn't even get a deposition from the plaintif for the discovery of the case. Josh seemed to forget many facts about the case. He allowed for a case that should have been open and shut, to be lost because due to his laziness and lack of tenacity in the court room. He allowed testimoney that could have been proven as purjury if he would have only used the evidence that i had provided for him. The whole day in superior court, Josh kept telling me everything was looking good. That left me with aa false sense of security. Taking his lead on the stand i never had the oppertuinty to dispute and disprove the lies told against me. This case dragged out for over a 1-1/2 years. During that time, commuication between Josh and i was impossibele. Especialy after i had paid him in full for his services. |
