I need representation as I'm being sued by my husband for divorce. I called for the $250 consultation...I'm from out of state so it had to be by phone. I typed up a background so she could refer to it. Well, our conversation lasted maybe 30 minutes, she was abrupt, didn't really tell me very much, didn't ask too many questions, did answer some of my questions, but didn't explain to me the process or what to expect. She just told me she would file a countersuit asking for this, this and this, and then asked if I had any more questions. I said yes, I have a lot but am really overwhelmed. She said well, if you retain my services we can go over them then. I want to request half my money back considering we only spoke for 30 minutes and I got the same information I got from two other lawyers for free. A waste of money and time. |

How lucky was I? I just happened upon Anne when looking for a lawyer for my divorce. She is a Godsend. Extremely competent, personable and as other reviews said "a straight-shooter". She got me through the divorce and as a father, got me sole custody of my son. She explained the steps along the way and provided realistic expectaions. I cannot praise her enough. She is a fearless tiger in court. Watching her operate in court was like something out of a movie - absolutely fantastic! She is the only Dayton Family Law attorney I would ever choose! |

Anne Harvey (of Dayton, Ohio) was wonderful handling my divorce. Professional, quick, and no trips back and forth to see her or excessive phone calls. Just to the point and done. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a divorce. As a matter of fact, I will use her for my daughter divorce. |

Awesome family lawyer she won my case 5 years ago and I was a dad with two girls and also was 600 miles away but she is very, very good. |

I think highly of Ann see had my case thrown out against CPS. When CPS is violating civil rights and constitutionial rights. She got my case dismissed in 2005 |

As a previous rating stated, she starts off strong and gives a great initial impression. After that though, the service drops off pretty quickly. Knowledgeable, but understand that you are not in charge, or even consulted, in what happens with your case. Vague comments that turn out to mean nothing, overtly misleading statements, lack of commitment and questionable integrity are my experiences with her. Big ego and small commitment are what I suffered through. I'd stay away. |

Anne Harvey played an incredable key role in my divorce & custody case. It was a long journey but Anne's vast wealth of knowledge and confidence paid off enormously at the end.
Anne is a straight-shooter, no frills kind of lady. But I'll be the first to tell you, you can trust her with your life, and your most precious belongings (children).
Anne is a well-educated soft-spoken lady in person, but has an iron-fist when needed.
I will continue to use Anne in the future if the need for a confident, prompt, knowledgable, attorney comes up again. Between her & her staff, I truely believe they are the best in there field. |

Yes, she did send out a mass e-mail, which did not proctect my privacy. Yes, you do have to e-mail her to answer the opposing party, which she charges you for. In my experience with her (almost 2 years), she starts off with a bang, but the longer your case drags on the more fed up with it she seems to be. Yes, my ex is an idoit and won't follow the court order. However, this is not my fault and my only choice is to sue my ex so they will follow the court order. Anne Harvey seems to think I should work this out on my own instead of taking through the court system. It is apparent she has never been divorced because my ex won't even speak to me unless it is through attorneys. Overall, I would recommend her and she probably does a better job than most attorneys. She just needs to work on doing what you ask her to do and taking the initiative to answer opposing parties motions. If I want to spend my $ settling the little things that may seem petty, but matter to me; than let me. |

Anne has the ability to quickly grasp difficult situations and to provide realistic solutions. She kept my personality in mind as she worked through difficult issues. The results were so much better than I could have hoped for. Her experience was invaluable and her communication skills exceptional. I am a current client of this lawyer and she sent out a mass email to all of her clients with her new email address so now I have the email address of everyone getting divorced. (AND THEY HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS)...my privacy was not protected. I plan to ditch this lawyer very soon and find a new one. |

I came to Anne in desperate need of someone who specialized in fathers rights and she was unsurpassed. Not only did I get full custody of my daughter I also came away with faith in the system that is so injustice to fathers. She is a miracle worker Anne is very knowledgeable in all areas of law and determined to fight for you. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a good attorney. I would highly recommend Anne Harvey to anyone seeking legal advice in the Dayton area. She was compassionate, knowledgable and gained my trust from the start. She was not intimidated by the other attorney, and went after what was just and fair, and in a timely manor! |

Anne did a wonderful job getting my case resolved quickly. From the momment I met her I told her that my ex-husband and I wanted our dissolution done as quick as possible, and she was on it! Anytime I have a question she answers it immediately. I would definitely recommend her to anybody needing a divorce attorney! |

Anne Harvey is a wonderful person to have in your court (no pun intended) when you are contemplating legal action. She is efficient, knowledgeable and understands what needs to be done to accomplish your objective. She is great to work with, and initiates solutions to problems before you are even aware of them. She lets you know if there are things that you can do yourself to try to keep her billing hours down. I highly recommend putting your trust in Ms. Harvey. |

This woman is amazing. She got more settled for me in 6 months than my prior attorney did in 2 YEARS! She returns calls/emails within 24 hours every time; usually even sooner than that. Her office assistant is also amazing. He is as helpful as they come. For the first time, the ball is in my court. Check out her webpage and read the testimonials on there. She is honest and upfront, and will tell you what she can do for you. I don't even live in the same state and she is incredible. She sends anything that is filed on your case to you immediately via email so you know whats going on at all times. She sends an invoice to your once a month so you know how you are doing on your retainer. She is very reasonable and listens to you.. no matter how unknowledgeable you are about the law. Her clent agreement is very clear so that you know exactly how much you will pay for every service (email, phone call..) Overall, I can't think of anything I would change about her service to me as an attorney. |
