Took the time to explain everything in detail and answered my many questions. He was there when I needed him. When other lawyers said to take a plea he believed my story and took my case to trial - and won!!! |

When you need him, HE IS THERE. He makes and recieves lots of phone calls and makes meetings to get a case ready. He tends to be really talkative. I think his specialty is West Jordan third District court, but he certainly is not limited to that. My original case was many years ago, and I used Scott again recently. He responded consistently each time with me. He's not affraid to talk to whoever it takes to make a difference. I do recommend him. |

I found out about my charges late at night. I called Scott after midnight and he answered and took the time to answer all of my questions. After I hired him, I received regular updates on status of my case and he was always willing to answer my many questions. He worked out a resolution that was better than I could have hoped for. Very pleased with his representation of me. |

Always late to hearings, with dumb excuses why, like flat tire or other hearings went longer Ect. I referred him to a friend at the beginning of my case. now I regret come to find out my friend was getting the same excuses for being late or not showing up. very bad at getting back phone calls. on average I would have to call and leave messages 4-5 times before i would get a call or text back, thats not OK when you are dealing with someones lively hood. He will fluff you up with all kinds of info and then back out when it's time to take matters further. He says he has lots of connections, thats BS. Scott that lawyer who gives good lawyers a bad name. I regret using him, he was the cheapest, and i got what i paid for (lots of BS and nothing to show). he's not worth it, keep looking!!!! |

Very poor on getting back to you or following up when he says he will. Very poor on seeing his client in jail. Dose not always show for court dates. Good talker but poor on folowup and returning calls. |
