I totally agree with the above people. Took my money and did nothing on my case. Finally, He threatened me that he would make a case against me and would present it to the prosecutor for additional charges, If I don't give him more money! I fired him. He is a crook, a liar and a thief. I have all the files that he made against me and I would be more than happy to share it. |

Awful, I trusted this man when he told me I would be released if I give him a certain amount of money. Instead I spent 3 long days at rikers island. Howard Heller is a liar, a crook, and a cheat. He in my eyes is a legal con man and should be disbarred. Worst mistake of my life was trusting him. Stay away from this man. |

yes I must agree with the above comment.He also took me for my money, Mr. Mark J.Heller can not be trusted. He will smooth talk his way to you, into trusting him, he will claim that he will help you with your case, he will claim that you can trust him, then he will inquire how much money you have in your budget, then he will suck the money out of you dry, and in the end of it, he will do nothing for your case take as much money he can get from you, then he will calim that you have exhausted your money he needs more, in order for him to move foward with your case or he can not do anything for you. Eventually he does nothing for you in your case takes your money for a job he did not fulfill. Yes Mr. Mark J. Heller Is Untrust Worthy a Lier and He will Suck the Money Out Of YOU Dry He Is a Legal Crook. Beware, of His Tactics Along With His Counter Part Peter Tomboukis. Do Not Go To Heller & Heller, Take My Words For It You Will Live To Regret it If You Don't !! |
